This gluten free rice tagliatelle cooks faster than its wheat equivalent as there is no gluten structure, so it has a softer, more delicate texture. It does not have the same bite as traditional pasta, even when cooked well. Stir early to prevent it sticking and check it before the suggested cooking time, as it can quickly become too soft.
