This tagliolini follows the northern Italian style. During the past few years tagliolini pasta has increased in popularity. it cooks very quickly and is very light so the sauces don't need to be too thick.
Pasta tagliolini works best with light sauces and goes particularly well with some seafood, we do enjoy it with our chicken breast here however.
