Flatbread prepared using the Ligurian technique of hand-stretching, which gives each piece a slightly irregular shape. Made with organic wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, this recipe is kept deliberately simple, echoing the way flatbreads were prepared historically as an everyday staple food. The name “linguette” refers to its tongue-like shape, common in Italian bakeries. A versatile base for cheese, cured meats, or vegetables, it is crafted to be light yet firm.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
