This crispbread is built on lentil flour, chickpea flour and pea flour, making it naturally high in plant protein compared with traditional crispbreads. Lentils and chickpeas are legumes that have been part of human diets for over 8,000 years, providing slow-release carbohydrates and a balance of protein and fibre. Pea starch helps give structure, while the mixture of flours keeps it both light and nutritious. As it is gluten free and yeast free, it is suitable for a wide range of dietary needs.

Ruxstons Next Day Delivery

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.

 

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
