These Greek Kalamata olives are pitted and stored in brine, making them easy to use straight from the jar. Kalamata olives are a protected variety grown in southern Greece and are valued for their dark purple colour and firm texture. The brine solution not only preserves the olives but also helps maintain their mineral content. A small amount of extra virgin olive oil is added to balance the liquid and protect the olives from oxidising.

The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
