Panela, also known as Rapadura, is an unrefined cane sugar traditionally made by evaporating sugarcane juice without separating the molasses. This process preserves more of the natural minerals compared with refined sugar, and it has been used in Latin America for centuries.

All our products are posted via Next Day courier from Monday through to Thursday. Any orders placed before 12:00 will normally be posted that same day.
We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
