Psyllium husk is derived from the seed coat of the Plantago ovata plant, long used in India and the Middle East. Its outer husk contains mucilage, a gel forming fibre that swells when mixed with water. This property makes it useful for both digestive health and in gluten free baking, where it helps provide elasticity and binding.

We offer a frozen product delivery for our meats, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. Any perishables products are kept safe in our packaging during a delay of up to 1 day, meaning they are safe for 2 days in the postal system.
